The delightful garden with patio area also provides access to the boiler room offering plenty of scope to hang up wet sailing or fishing gear on the many hooks and shelves. A secure, single garage is integral to the main house and is ideal for a car or for storing bicycles etc. There is also a separate wood store, always fully stocked with logs for use in the lounge fireplace.
